"The mind
is nothing but a limited form of pure Consciousness"
It is the nature of the mind to think endlessly. It is fickle and unsteady. The mind is " many - pointed ", like the spikes of a porcupine's coat. It jumps and moves in many directions. Our job is to focus the mind, to make it one - pointed and to eliminate obstrusive thoughts.

"Language is the source of limited
knowledge"
Self-talk means talking within. Self-talk can move in two directions: either towards the Light and the Awakened Self or towards the limitation and bondage of un-awakened self. At the heart of both lies the power of language. It is the creative power of the Divine.

"Meditation is achived by diving into the
deeper levels of the mind"
The words meditation, medicine and medication, all share the same Latin root medicus, meaning “to cure”. Meditation is probably derived from the same root as the little word mederi meaning “to heal”. The word “heal” comes from the Indo-European root “to make whole”. Meditation is hence a process of healing and restoration of wholeness of mind, body and spirit.

"When the mind becomes one with the heart,
the true nature of the world is perceived."
The Self is ever present, blissful, and supremely free. Once you understand the Self, you come to know the true nature of "Being" and the essence of the entire universe. Self-Inquiry is a classical means of contemplation which uses questions to invoke the profound wisdom of the inner Self. When we become adept at Self-Inquiry we extract valuable answers from within. This process helps us realize our true potential.
